Winter in Juneau is no stranger to heavy snowfall, and this season has certainly delivered. 🌨️ At Juneau Poop Scoop LLC, our mission has always been to provide reliable, professional pet waste removal services while keeping safety at the forefront of everything we do.
Due to the continued accumulation of snow and challenging yard conditions, we are currently unable to safely access customer properties. Deep snow, ice buildup, and limited visibility can create unsafe working conditions for our team and increase the risk of damage to yards, walkways, and equipment.
🛑 Our Commitment to Safety
The safety of our employees and the protection of your property are extremely important to us. Entering snow covered yards without clear footing can lead to injuries or unintentional damage, which is why we may need to temporarily pause service during severe winter conditions.
💳 Billing During Weather Delays
We want to reassure our customers that you will not be charged during periods when service cannot be completed due to weather related access issues. Transparency and fairness are important to us.
If conditions improve and we are able to safely resume service during the billing period, we will return to your yard and prorate charges based on the services provided.
🔄 What Happens Next?
Our team continuously monitors weather forecasts and ground conditions. As soon as it is safe to do so, we will resume normal service routes. No action is required from customers. We will handle scheduling and billing adjustments automatically.
