We're Reopening: Service Resumes January 19, 2026

Thank you for your patience during the historic snowfall

Winter conditions in Juneau, Alaska

Winter in Juneau is never predictable — but this year certainly made history. With record-breaking snowfall across the area, safety became our top priority for both our team and our customers. Because of this, we made the difficult decision to temporarily pause services while conditions improved.

We want to sincerely thank our customers for your patience, flexibility, and understanding during this time. Your support means everything to us, and we're grateful to serve such a resilient community.

We're happy to announce that Juneau Poop Scoop will officially reopen and resume service on Monday, January 19, 2026.

Since services will resume partway through the month, January 2026 service will be prorated for the remainder of the month, and customers will receive a separate invoice email reflecting the adjusted amount.

As a reminder to our valued customers, our temporary pause was a difficult but necessary choice — and there will be no clean-up fee associated with our return to service.

If you'd like to get on our schedule, please reach out via text, direct message, or visit our website at https://www.juneaupoopscoop.com/.

As long-time Juneau residents, we know how our winters go: snow falls, freezes into ice, rain rolls in, everything melts — then the cycle repeats. That process often leads to significant spring cleanups, and we're ready to help keep your yard manageable through it all.

Thank you again for your patience during this historic snowfall. We look forward to getting back to work and taking care of your yards soon.
