At Juneau Poop Scoop LLC, we're always working to improve our routes and provide reliable, efficient service to our customers throughout Juneau.

We are making some schedule adjustments beginning the week of Sunday, August 16, 2026.

📅 What's Changing?

For some customers receiving once-weekly service, regular weekly service days will be changing beginning the week of August 16.

Because these changes are specific to individual service routes, please refer to your notification from us via text message or your Sweep&Go account for your updated service day.

Not every customer's service day is changing.

📱 VERY IMPORTANT: Check Your Text Messages & Sweep&Go Account

If you received a text message from Juneau Poop Scoop LLC regarding a schedule change OR see an updated service day in your Sweep&Go account, your regular weekly service day has changed beginning the week of August 16, 2026.

Please follow the updated service day provided in your text message or shown in your Sweep&Go account.

If you did not receive a schedule-change text message and do not see an updated service day in your Sweep&Go account, your regular weekly service day will remain the same.

We want to make this distinction clear because only some of our customers are affected by this schedule adjustment.

🐕 What About Twice-Weekly Service?

If you receive twice-weekly service, your service days will remain Tuesday and Friday.

Your twice-weekly service schedule will not be affected by these adjustments.

💩 Why Are We Making These Changes?

Our routes are carefully planned to help our field technicians travel efficiently between properties while maintaining dependable service for our customers.

From time to time, we need to make adjustments to our routes to better organize our service area and continue providing consistent pet waste removal throughout Juneau.

We appreciate your patience, flexibility, and understanding as we make these adjustments. ❤️
