❄️ Winter Service Update: What You Need to Know ❄️

As winter approaches, we wanted to keep you in the loop on how we'll continue providing reliable yard service — even in snowy conditions.

If your gated entrance hasn't been shoveled, don't worry — we bring shovels with us and will clear just enough snow to access your gate and perform your scheduled yard service. We do not shovel the entire yard, just the entrance area, so we appreciate your help in keeping that space clear when possible. However, we completely understand that this can sometimes be overlooked during regular snow clearing — that's why we're happy to lend a hand at no extra charge.

If your gate swings inward, please note that we won't be able to shovel the entrance from the outside. In these cases, if you're able to clear the snow from inside the gate, we'll be more than happy to access your yard and continue service.

We do work in snowy conditions, but in cases of high winds, heavy snow, or poor road visibility, we may need to pause service for the safety of our team. If that happens, we'll keep you informed and reschedule or do double duty the following week as needed.
