Reminders about how winter weather can affect your pet waste removal services.

As winter approaches and the snow starts to fall, we want to share a few reminders about how weather can affect your pet waste removal services. Our goal is to keep your yard clean, our staff safe, and your pets happy—all winter long!
During snowy conditions, it's common for pet waste to become hidden under layers of snow. Unfortunately, if we can't see it, we can't scoop it! Once the snow melts and the waste becomes visible again, our team will remove it during your next scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work with the elements!
Please ensure your gate area is cleared of snow so our team can safely enter your yard. We know it's easy to overlook during busy winter days, so if we arrive and the gate isn't clear, we're happy to help shovel it at no extra charge. However, this does cause additional time and delays in our routes, so we sincerely appreciate your help in keeping it clear whenever possible.
If your gate swings inward, we're unable to clear the snow from the outside. In these cases, we'll need your help keeping the entrance accessible. If we can't enter due to snow buildup, we'll return on your next scheduled visit once access is possible.
The safety of our team is a top priority. During severe winter weather—such as heavy snow, low visibility, or icy conditions—our services may be temporarily delayed or paused. We'll resume as soon as it's safe to do so and will keep routes running as smoothly as possible.
We truly appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and loyalty through the winter months. Your help in keeping gates clear and access safe allows us to continue providing the reliable, quality service you count on—all year long.
Stay warm, stay safe, and thank you for letting us help keep your yard clean this winter! 🐾❄️
